About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join a large, multinational IT services organisation supporting hiring across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK. This is a strategic, in-house role requiring deep expertise in technical recruitment, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders, to define hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage high-volume and specialist hiring pipelines across the UK and wider EMEA region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring best practices.
  • Drive direct sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition teams, and external partners where necessary.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organisation in the external talent market.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Typically 10+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a strong focus on in-house (corporate) environments, including but not limited to: Software Development, AI/ML, Infrastructure & Networking Engineers, Solutions Architects, Cloud and Data Consultants
  • Proven track record recruiting for complex IT and technology roles across multiple geographies, ideally within UK and Europe.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and European technology talent market and hiring landscape.
  • Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with EMEA employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday CRM system).
