Key Responsibilities
Reporting Solutions Development
- Design, develop, and maintain operational, management, and executive dashboards using Power BI.
- Create and support SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and reporting frameworks.
- Develop complex data models, KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Build custom and standard reports aligned with business and contractual reporting requirements.
- Deliver reporting solutions that support data-driven decision making.
Reporting Operations & Support
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting solutions, including design, deployment, enhancement, and retirement.
- Provide production support for reporting platforms and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, dashboard issues, and reporting failures.
- Monitor report refresh schedules and ensure successful report delivery.
- Maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
Data Management & Analysis
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and datasets.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Work with multiple data sources and databases to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support ongoing data governance and reporting best practices.
Automation & Platform Support
- Configure, administer, and support reporting and workflow automation platforms.
- Develop automated reporting processes that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Support integrations between reporting systems, databases, and business applications.
- Assist in automation initiatives focused on improving reporting efficiency, data quality, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to maintain reporting platform stability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand reporting needs.
- Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools and dashboards.
- Act as a trusted advisor for reporting strategy and analytics improvements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments.
- Experience working with ITSM, service management, operational, or business performance reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms.
- Experience supporting automated reporting and data integration solutions.
