As part of our Managed Applications Services, we support applications in a 24×7 environment. We seek an individual to support and develop our Command and Control services, focusing on management information components. Responsibilities include supporting existing services and implementing software enhancements.
- Identify problems and resolve issues to support end users
- Analyze and resolve interface issues between system components
- Develop enhancements and new functionalities creatively
Candidate requirements:
Experience in Application Support and willingness to learn our BIS mapper platform. Knowledge of web development tools and frameworks such as MVC, MVVM, Oracle scripting, and Azure DevOps is advantageous. Ability to apply technical skills within a service delivery environment and good understanding of ITIL are expected. Strong communication skills are necessary, especially for client interactions. Public Sector experience is a plus. Availability for out-of-hours support and ability to obtain CTC clearance are required.
