Unispace is seeking a Senior Consultant for its FF&E team in the United Kingdom. You will own furniture schedules, costing and supplier relationships from brief through to install, and you’ll be the senior FF&E lead on projects.
Responsibilities include building detailed schedules from drawings, leading costing and value engineering, representing FF&E in client meetings, managing vendor relationships, and coaching junior consultants on best practices. CAD/design software skills are a plus.
