We’re looking for a Senior Consultant – FF&E to lead the delivery of high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment solutions across the region.
About the Role
As a senior member of the FF&E team, you’ll lead project delivery from strategy through procurement and installation, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and outstanding client outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and project teams to develop innovative and commercially viable FF&E solutions while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to best practice development across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the development of detailed furniture schedules and specifications
- Providing expert guidance on FF&E solutions, budgets, lead times, and sustainability considerations
- Managing client engagement, presentations, and workshops
- Owning FF&E costing, commercial proposals, and value-engineering strategies
- Supporting procurement, negotiation, and supplier selection
- Building strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Overseeing FF&E quality, compliance, and installation coordination
- Driving operational improvements and best practice implementation
- Supporting team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in commercial furniture, FF&E design, procurement, or workplace environments
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and installation processes
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience managing proposals, fees, and vendor agreements
- Deep knowledge of commercial furniture products and manufacturers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Proficiency in design tools, CAD, or desktop publishing software is advantageous
