London is one of the most competitive and design-led workplace markets in the world — and at Unispace, we’re right at the centre of it. We partner with global brands to design and deliver some of the most progressive workplace environments across the city and beyond. Our fully integrated model — strategy, design, and delivery — gives our designers the opportunity to take ideas from early narrative and concept right through to built reality.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Interior Designer to join our London studio — someone with strong workplace design experience, excellent presentation capability, and the technical grounding to bring concepts to life. This role is ideal for someone coming from either an established workplace interiors studio or commercial design & build environment, with experience delivering projects across the London market. You’ll work across all stages of the design process — from concept proposals, look & feel development, and creative narratives through to technical documentation and delivery coordination. This is not a production-only role. We’re looking for someone who can contribute creatively, communicate ideas confidently, and help shape high-performance workplace environments from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting workplace projects through all RIBA design stages
  • Developing concept proposals, mood boards, and creative narratives
  • Producing high-quality client presentations, visuals, and design documentation
  • Creating detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
  • Collaborating with strategists, consultants, contractors, and delivery teams
  • Working closely with clients to translate business needs into design solutions
  • Ensuring design intent is maintained through delivery and construction
  • Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced London studio environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within commercial workplace interiors
  • Background within either workplace design studios or design & build environments
  • Strong concept, presentation, and storytelling capability
  • Strong Revit capability is essential
  • Good understanding of technical detailing and UK building regulations
  • Ability to balance creativity with buildability and delivery
  • Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills
  • Passion for workplace design, materials, trends, and user experience

Why Unispace

  • Work on some of London’s most exciting workplace projects
  • Be part of a fully integrated design + build business
  • Exposure to global clients and EMEA-wide projects
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and highly creative environment
  • Genuine progression opportunities based on performance
  • A studio culture built around ideas, collaboration, and delivery

The Bottom Line

If you want to work on creative workplace projects that actually get built — and be part of a team shaping the future of commercial interiors in London — we’d love to hear from you.
