Hybrid Working | Global Design & Delivery Team

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator – FF&E to join our Delivery team and support the successful coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment projects from procurement through to delivery.

About the Role

As a key member of our FF&E team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, manufacturers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project milestones and maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating FF&E project administration and reporting
  • Managing communication between stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams
  • Supporting procurement activities and tracking deliveries
  • Monitoring project timelines and ensuring milestones are met
  • Assisting with quality assurance and project documentation
  • Building strong relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors
