You’re here to create innovative, human-centred workplace design solutions that inspire our clients across the EMEA region. By blending creativity with technical expertise, you’ll help translate client needs into high-quality concepts and built environments that reflect our Unispace vision. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across design, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure every project delivers impact, consistency, and value.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting senior designers in producing visuals, drawings, and documentation from concept through to construction.
- Developing design presentations with 3D photorealistic renderings and clear storytelling.
- Coordinating with consultants, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure design integrity.
- Communicating regularly with project teams across studios in the EMEA region.
- Applying and upholding design standards, best practices, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Identifying and reporting project risks in line with ethical and professional practices.
- Contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, studio talks, and collaborative design culture.
- Staying current with industry trends, suppliers, manufacturers, and evolving workplace design solutions.
About you
This is a hybrid role based in London, and you will need to be based in the nearby area to be considered for this role. Designs align with the client brief and are delivered with accuracy and creativity. Effective collaboration with strategy, design, and delivery teams across studios. Clear communication and engagement with colleagues, consultants, and stakeholders. Documentation meets Unispace standards and supports project delivery. Positive client satisfaction scores (NPS) and feedback. Design intent is consistently realised through construction and delivery.
Your experience & skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related design discipline.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Revit; familiarity with rendering software and design presentation tools.
- Understanding of local building codes, technical details, and specifications.
- Knowledge of local suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and learning agility.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
- Strong communication skills with confidence, professionalism, and the ability to influence without ego.
- Passion for design and a demonstrated willingness to grow and develop within a collaborative environment.
