We are expanding our outbound sales capability across ANZ and are looking for a highâenergy, persuasive Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our Sydney team. Full relocation support is available for UK/EMEA candidates.

Role Profile
This fastâpaced, KPIâdriven role is suited to candidates who are competitive, resilient, and socially confident. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will generate opportunities, qualify leads, and set meetings for the wider sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Build rapport quickly, establishing trust and credibility.
- Identify potential workplace design, strategy, or construction needs.
- Manage highâvolume outreach with professionalism and accuracy.
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks.
- Capture accurate information in CRM for smooth handover.
- Book meetings and discovery calls for senior Sales and Client Directors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (call volumes, conversions, meetings, opportunities).
- Maintain meticulous followâup to drive pipeline growth.
- Contribute ideas to improve scripts, messaging, and outreach.
- Work with the Telesales Manager for coaching and development.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimise campaigns.
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
