Our model is fully integrated — strategy, design, and delivery — which means what you design actually gets built, fast.

We’re looking for a Designer to join our London studio — someone with strong design instincts, technical grounding, and the drive to grow within a fast-paced, globally connected team. You’ll be working on high-profile workplace projects across London and the wider EMEA region, collaborating with strategists, senior designers, and delivery teams to create spaces that are both beautiful and buildable. This is a role for someone who wants exposure, responsibility, and progression — not just production work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting design development from concept through to construction
  • Producing high-quality drawings, visuals, and client presentations
  • Creating compelling 3D renders that clearly communicate design intent
  • Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and delivery teams
  • Working across multi-studio teams on international projects
  • Ensuring design integrity is maintained through build and delivery
  • Contributing to a strong, collaborative London studio culture
  • Keeping up to date with UK workplace trends, materials, and suppliers

What Good Looks Like

  • Strong, considered design output aligned to client brief
  • Clear communication across design and delivery teams
  • Accurate, well-structured technical documentation
  • Designs that translate seamlessly from concept to reality

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar
  • Experience using Revit and visualisation tools
  • Good understanding of UK building regs and detailing
  • Strong design eye with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
  • Passion for workplace design and emerging trends
  • Ambition to grow within a high-performing London studio

Why Unispace (London)

  • Work on some of London’s most exciting workplace projects
  • Be part of a fully integrated design + build environment
  • Exposure to global clients and EMEA-wide projects
  • Fast-track progression based on performance, not tenure
