This role focuses on delivering end-to-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) solutions across workplace projects. You will combine design, procurement, and client engagement expertise to ensure seamless delivery that meets both creative and commercial objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop detailed furniture schedules from drawings and design proposals
  • Advise on FF&E solutions aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Participate in client meetings to ensure alignment on design and delivery
  • Manage costing proposals and ensure commercial viability
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and project teams to maintain quality and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and oversee installation standards
  • Contribute to improving processes and operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • Background in design, business, procurement, or a related field
  • Strong experience in furniture design, specification, and installation
  • Understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes
  • Commercial awareness with strong negotiation skills
  • Experience managing proposals, budgets, and resourcing
  • Familiarity with commercial furniture products and suppliers
  • Proficiency in design tools and CAD software (preferred)
