Unispace, a global leader in workplace strategy, design, and construction, is expanding its outbound sales capability across ANZ. We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our Sydney team. This role includes full relocation support for UK/EMEA candidates, offering a rare opportunity to combine career growth with a lifestyle upgrade.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Leveraging your charisma, results-driven mindset, and persuasive communication, youโll generate opportunities, qualify leads, and set meetings for the wider sales team. This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven role suited to candidates who are competitive, resilient, and socially confident.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
- Build rapport quickly, establishing trust and credibility
- Identify potential workplace design, strategy, or construction needs
- Manage high-volume outreach with professionalism and accuracy
Opportunity Qualification
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks
- Capture accurate information in CRM for smooth handover
- Book meetings and discovery calls for senior Sales and Client Directors
Performance & Pipeline Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (call volumes, conversions, meetings, opportunities)
- Contribute ideas to improve scripts, messaging, and outreach
- Work with the Telesales Manager for coaching and development
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimise campaigns
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities
