Who We are Looking For:

We are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Executive to join our Operations team. If you are someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has an aptitude for problem-solving, this role is for you. You will play a vital role in managing inventory, planning deliveries, and working closely with our Sales team and customers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Managing Order Fulfilment and Stock

  • Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP tools to manage order fulfilment.
  • Make sure everything matches up—perform regular stock checks and fix any discrepancies.
  • Work with the warehouse, IT and Finance to troubleshoot issues as and when necessary.

Planning Deliveries

  • Organize last-mile deliveries to make sure our customers get their orders on time using the last mile delivery solution.
  • Work with delivery partners and internal teams to plan the most efficient routes and reduce delivery costs.
  • Solve any delivery issues quickly to keep things running smoothly and customers happy.

Working with Sales & Customers

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to make sure we’re meeting customer expectations and staying ahead of demand.
  • Be the go-to person for customers—keep them updated on their orders, delivery times, and address any concerns they have.

Improving Processes

  • Look at how we do things and find ways to make them better—whether it is making deliveries faster or managing stock more efficiently.
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to help streamline operations.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent is great but not essential if you have the right experience.
  • Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Great communication skills—you will be working with teams and customers daily.
  • The ability to juggle tasks, set priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with last-mile delivery planning.
