We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and HR Administrator to join our team in Upminster, Essex. Please note: this is a maternity cover role, potentially up to November 2027.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
  • Create engaging job adverts and deliver a great candidate experience.
  • Manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Produce people reports and insights that support business decisions.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, compliance checks and references.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR and recruitment queries.
  • Help improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR administration or a similar people-focused role (Preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and employee administration processes.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
