Shape the future of logistics at Uniserve. We are looking for a motivated and results‑focused Transport Planner to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and cost‑effective movement of goods across our network.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (05:00-15:00, 08:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00). Flexibility to work across all three shifts when required is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan efficient delivery routes based on distance, traffic, and deadlines
  • Support and coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Work with warehouse teams to manage load distribution and vehicle capacity
  • Oversee vehicle utilisation and maintenance requirements
  • Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates to customers
  • Handle customer enquiries and maintain high service standards
  • Optimise resources to reduce operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Analyse performance data to identify improvements
  • Collaborate with warehouse, drivers, and wider teams to maintain seamless operations
