The Import Operator is responsible for managing the smooth and efficient Import process for our clients. This involves coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Import procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: this role is fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete Import cycle from booking to delivery.
- Working closely with our Customs department to ensure prompt and accurate Customs clearance.
- Manage and process Sales invoicing to client.
