Uniserve is seeking an ambitious HR Manager – Employee Relations to lead the South Region ER agenda. The role combines leading complex ER cases with partnering senior leaders to deliver commercially focused HR guidance, while supporting organisational change and upskilling managers.
The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), strong employment law knowledge, and willingness to travel across the South Region. Hybrid working and Upminster base are offered to align with business needs.
