We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Uniserve. This role is essential in supporting our GTM Client Managers and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our key customers. You’ll play a key part in maintaining operational excellence through accurate reporting, daily client communication, data management and seamless coordination across all logistics modes. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily communication and support to GTM clients, ensuring timely updates and proactive issue resolution.
  • Produce accurate reports, dashboards and KPI packs in line with internal and customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update customer, shipment and compliance data across GTM systems, ensuring total data integrity.
  • Support pricing activities including rate gathering, quoting and maintenance of pricing matrices.
  • Work closely with internal teams across ocean, air, road, warehousing, customs and finance to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Monitor operational milestones and update systems to ensure visibility, accuracy and correct handovers.
  • Assist GTM Client Managers with account administration, meeting preparation, audit documentation and project coordination.
  • Identify service risks, exceptions or customer‑impacting issues and escalate where needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with Uniserve policies, SOPs and customer‑specific procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive enhanced client service and operational efficiency.

  • Solid administration and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Confident user of systems and MS Office, especially Excel (Power BI experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of logistics processes across transport modes (desirable).
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • A team player who can build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Someone who takes ownership, acts with integrity and contributes positively to team culture.
