This is a crucial leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of our daily plan while ensuring all customer and company standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse operatives, setting daily tasks and ensuring standards are met.
- Deliver the daily operational plan, adjusting priorities and updating the Shift Manager as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment, including security and housekeeping checks.
- Ensure all work meets quality expectations and supports excellent customer service.
- Monitor team performance, provide real‑time feedback, and escalate issues when required.
- Report shift progress, challenges, and performance updates to the Shift Manager.
- Support problem‑solving for operational, quality, or customer issues.
- Manage staffing levels and resources to meet the daily plan.
- Use WMS and smart devices accurately to support warehouse processes.
- Manage onsite staff and visitors in line with company procedures.
- Take a flexible, hands‑on approach and supervise shifts effectively.
