Seafast is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Felixstowe to lead and develop warehouse teams, ensuring daily targets are met and operations run safely and efficiently. You will allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
Shifts run 07:00–19:00 on a 7x days over a 2x week pattern, with alternating days across weeks. The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
