Your primary responsibility is to effectively maintain stock accuracy and uphold exceptional stock control standards in accordance with the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will proactively resolve customer queries and provide coaching and training to continuously improve our working standards.

Key Duties
  • Conduct stock counts across various environments on site
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate MHE licences required to carry out stock counting task
  • Perform cycle counts and adjust Warehouse Management System (WMS) stock quantities accordingly
  • Ensure that daily stock control tasks are carried out accurately and promptly
  • Support the administration of the department to ensure accurate processes
  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the business when required
  • Collaborate with the Stock & System Manager in investigating stock errors and report the findings
  • Maintain department records in adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage department stock databases, ensuring sufficient information is available for correct identification
  • Monitor customer stock needs, ensuring adequate stock availability to fulfil requests
  • Any other duties required by company and line manager

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • High standard of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
