We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Air Freight Compliance Advisor to join our team at Heathrow. Sitting at the heart of our warehouse and transport operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring full compliance across Aviation Security, Health & Safety, HMRC ETSF requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full compliance with Aviation Security regulations, acting as site lead for CAA correspondence, inspections and training.
- Oversee staff AvSec training, screening compliance, CCTV reviews and ongoing record management.
- Lead HMRC ETSF compliance, ensuring accurate record creation, status control and bonded goods release.
- Drive Health & Safety standards through risk assessments, safety tours, investigations and audits.
- Support ISO accreditations, document control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage facilities compliance including planned and reactive maintenance, contractor control and statutory checks.
- Deliver safety inductions and support training for warehouse and transport staff.
- Promote a culture of best practice, challenging unsafe behaviours and guiding teams on compliance.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly compliance findings, risks and actions to management.
