Join our team and make a difference! We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Transport Administrator to join our dynamic team at our South Kirkby site. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our efficient transport operations. This role is based – Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30 Key Responsibilities: ? Using in house systems to input bookings accurately Compilation of Weekly Accounts Compilation of Weekly Transport Data Informing customers of any operational issues in a timely manner Supporting colleagues in their client management Dealing with both customers and hauliers; resolving any issues that may arise Accurately checking all inbound and outbound invoices to ensure costs are correct Driver Pre-Briefing and Debriefing Driver Hours Management Chasing hauliers for PODs and sending on to the customer Further developing relationships with current customer and haulier base Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a busy transport department Accounts experience Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to changi…
