As a Warehouse Supervisor at Seafast, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of warehouse staff and work activities, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of daily operational plans and adherence to customer requirements. Shift Pattern: 07:00-19:00, working 7x days over a 2x week shift pattern.
Week 1 working days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2 working days: Wednesday, Thursday
Key Duties:
- Lead, motivate and supervise warehouse teams to achieve daily operational targets
- Allocate tasks and clearly communicate daily priorities and responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operational plan is delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, housekeeping and site security
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met
- Deliver excellent customer service through efficient warehouse operations
- Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members to support performance
- Report operational performance, issues and progress to the Shift Manager
