Stock & Admin Manager

Were looking for a Stock & Admin Manager who loves leading people, supporting growth, and creating a positive team culture. At Uniserve, youll play a key role in helping our Stock & Admin team perform at its best while keeping our customers happy and our warehouse running smoothly.

What youll be doing:

• Lead, coach, and support the Stock & Admin team
• Set clear targets and keep performance on track
• Build great relationships with customers and internal teams
• Create a friendly, motivated, team-first environment
• Encourage continuous improvement and better ways of working
• Oversee daily stock tasks and ensure accuracy
• Promote safe, compliant, and efficient operations
• Share updates in management meetings and support business growth

What were looking for:

• Experience managing or supervising a team
• Confident communicator who brings people together
• Positive, proactive, and approachable leadership style
• Strong organisational skills and comfortable with KPIs
• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Commercial awareness and focus on customer service
