We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Warehouse Solutions Analyst to support the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of our warehouse systems and processes.
You will play an important role in new warehouse and customer implementations, system configuration, operational onboarding, testing and go-live support. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Process Management, IT and external technology providers, you will help turn operational requirements into practical system and process solutions.
Alongside project activity, you will provide day-to-day support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational platforms, investigating issues, progressing support tickets and helping warehouse teams use systems and processes effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and onboarding of new warehouses, customers, sites and operational processes.
- Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system and process solutions.
- Assist with WMS configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-go-live support.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including identifying defects and helping progress them through to resolution.
- Provide day-to-day support for the WMS and other key warehouse platforms.
- Investigate system and process issues, manage support tickets and keep stakeholders updated.
- Work with IT teams, software providers and external vendors to resolve more complex technical issues.
- Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process maps, system documentation and user guides.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve system usability, data quality and warehouse performance.
- Communicate system changes and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Support workshops, requirements sessions, testing activity and implementation meetings.
- Ensure system and process changes are properly tested, documented and communicated.
