Based at our excellent facility in Felixstowe (FMDC), the role of the Account Manager will be to maintain and further develop quality relationships with existing key account customers and also champion operational success and ensure customer retention and development is always a priority.
Responsibilities:
- Manage current key account customer(s)
- Maintain effective relationships with existing customers and internal business units
- Provide an exceptional level of service to customers
- Speaking to customers via MS Outlook, MS Teams and telephone, helping them with their questions and resolving their issues
- Prepare KPI packs for customer reviews
- Create and maintain agreed customer SLAs
