Uniserve are seeking a Transport Supervisor (Discount Retail Stores) to oversee the day-to-day transport operation on behalf of Uniserve at a customer site in Warrington. The role supports a 24-hour, 7-day operation, managing transport activities, driver compliance, service delivery, incident management, and customer interaction. The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all transport operations are conducted safely, legally, and in accordance with company policies and customer requirements whilst providing operational support to a fleet of up to 20 vehicles. Location: Customer Site, Warrington WA5 Hours: 4 on 4 off, Days, 12-hour shifts Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Supervise the daily transport operation during shift, ensuring service delivery targets are achieved Manage transport activities for up to 20 vehicles operating across a nationwide retail distribution network Monitor vehicle movements and respond to operational challenges affecting service delivery Liaise with drivers, customer representatives, planners, and management teams to ensure operational continuity Support route execution and delivery performance across a 24/7 operation Maintain accurate operational records and reports Health, Safety
