We are looking for an ambitious Junior HR Adviser to join our Employee Relations team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress from HR administration, coordination or assistant-level experience into a fully-fledged HR advisory role. Working alongside experienced Employee Relations professionals, you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle and develop expertise in employment law, employee relations and people management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Supporting employee relations processes including absence, probation, conduct and performance matters
- Preparing documentation for investigations, hearings and HR meetings
- Assisting Senior HR Advisers with complex employee relations cases
- Maintaining HR records and management information
- Producing reports and monitoring case activity
- Supporting policy implementation and HR projects
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within HR administration, HR coordination, recruitment or an HR support role
- A genuine interest in Employee Relations and Employment Law
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards CIPD qualification desirable
