Uniserve is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant/Receptionist to provide invaluable support to our busy General Manager. This pivotal role goes beyond managing a diary; you'll be the GM's right hand and the welcoming face our visitors meet.

What You’ll Do:

  • Calendar Management: Expertly manage the GM's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Seamlessly arrange all travel logistics.
  • Communication Hub: Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research and compile insightful reports.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents and presentations.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal tasks while maintaining strict discretion.
