Join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our payroll operations. As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You will work closely with our Payroll Team to handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. Please note this role is a fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Process smaller UK payrolls, including starters, leavers, and regular payroll runs. Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, such as monitoring HR inboxes, processing overtime and expenses, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of our HR system to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information. Customer Service: Provide first-line support to employees, managers, and senior leaders via phone and email. Compliance: Adhere to GDPR regulations and stay up-to-date with statutory and legislative changes.
