Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for the analysis and development of our crucial business systems projects. You'll be the bridge between our business needs and our tech capabilities, ensuring every project delivers tangible value and streamlines our operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with stakeholders to capture their vision, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborating with Delivery Managers to secure project approvals and maintain buy-in from start to finish.
- Discovering and documenting use cases, focusing on user interactions and system behaviour.
- Partnering with our IT teams to develop, implement, and integrate cutting-edge systems.
- Maintaining crystal-clear documentation for all project artifacts, vision documents, and use cases.
- Keeping your use case documentation flawless, reflecting all interaction changes across UML diagrams and other related materials.
What You'll Bring:
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (or similar).
- Experience with ‘Descartes’ system and Customs system processes.
- Previous experience working within a supply chain environment.
- Proven experience in business or systems analysis within a tech-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of use case modeling and ability to document and analyse requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
