We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy operation in Felixstowe. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day warehouse operations—picking, packing, preparing loads, and ensuring everything moves efficiently and safely through the supply chain. You’ll work closely with your team, supervisors, and managers to hit key targets while maintaining the high standards that Seafast is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accurately picking and checking orders to maintain stock accuracy
- Preparing and packaging goods for delivery, with proper labels and load checks
- Completing documentation and reporting discrepancies or damages
- Safely operating mechanical handling equipment (with training)
- Always wearing PPE and following health and safety protocols
- Reporting any incidents, near misses, or security concerns
- Ensuring tasks are completed and documents handed over properly
