Transport Planning Administrator role at Uniserve Group. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support a fast-paced transport planning team. This role focuses on managing communications, coordinating bookings, and maintaining system accuracy to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Monitor the transport inbox, prioritise and action emails effectively.
- Create and input jobs into the planning system with precision.
- Book and confirm collections and deliveries across internal and external contacts.
- Act as a key liaison for customer queries, providing timely updates.
- Keep transport systems up-to-date and compliant.
- Collaborate with planners and drivers to ensure efficient execution of plans.
- Assist with reporting as needed.
