We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Team in pulling together tender response opportunities that fall within the warehouse and transport division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Team with financial appraisals and tender submissions.
  • Maintain and update internal pricing models, data tools, and warehouse rate cards.
  • Lead cost modelling for new warehousing opportunities and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Contribute operational input for RFI/RFP/Tender responses.
  • Track and update the weekly opportunity pipeline and tender log.
  • Engage with customers to gather information required for accurate quotations.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and key partners.
  • Assist with ad-hoc warehousing modelling using 3D visualisation tools (training provided).
  • Attend site visits or customer meetings as needed.
  • Support additional commercial tasks and work to agreed deadlines.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Previous experience with Tender pricing, modeling and analysis.
  • Experience of Warehousing, Transport and Logistics (Preferred).
  • Familiar with operational P&L's.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfortable and professional in client-facing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • High level of communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Comfortable liaising with site and finance managers.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and finds constructive solutions.
  • Able to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of commercially viable opportunities.
