Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving client success within the dynamic world of global supply chains? Uniserve is seeking a highly motivated GTM Client Manager to join our expanding team. This pivotal role will see you take ownership of key client relationships, strategically manage accounts, and spearhead growth initiatives within our Global Trade Management (GTM) department.

Duties:

• Client Leadership: Build strong client relationships and ensure top-tier service.
• Strategic Growth: Drive sales by offering Uniserve\’s supply chain solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Manage SOPs, KPIs, and client/operations communication.
• Financial Acumen: Handle client pricing and P&L reporting.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop regional account management.
• Tender Expertise: Support successful client tender responses.
• Strategic Collaboration: Optimise supply chain execution with key partners.
• Innovation: Contribute to product and technology development.

What You\’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years in account management within the global trade or logistics sector.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Advanced Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint skills
• Power BI Multi-modal experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse data, develop KPIs, and deliver insightful reports.
