We are looking for a Support Analyst who can provide reliable assistance to customers and internal teams while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
You'll investigate issues, communicate with users and coordinate with internal teams to identify solutions and maintain a high level of service.
Respond to customer and internal support requests.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical or operational issues.
Document issues, solutions and support activities.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
What we're looking for
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience and a customer-focused approach. Basic technical knowledge will be an advantage.
