We are looking for an experienced Salesforce and FormAssembly specialist to join our UK team on a temporary basis to support our business-as-usual (BAU) platform operations. This role exists to provide additional capacity during a period of sustained platform activity, working alongside our Technical Solutions and Operations teams to maintain and improve our Salesforce environment and the FormAssembly forms and connectors that sit at the heart of our student data capture and enrolment workflows. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role.

You will spend the majority of your time building and maintaining FormAssembly forms, configuring Salesforce connectors, resolving BAU issues and supporting the technical team with configuration requests. You will be internally focused, working closely with colleagues across our UK operations rather than directly with institutional partners. A deep understanding of the FormAssembly–Salesforce connector is essential — this is the primary technical skill the role is being hired to address.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building, maintaining and iterating FormAssembly forms to support student enquiry, application and enrolment capture workflows, ensuring forms are accurate, performant and aligned to operational requirements.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting FormAssembly Salesforce connectors, including pre-fill connectors, submission connectors, and conditional connector logic, to ensure reliable data flow between FormAssembly and Salesforce.
  • Administering and maintaining our Salesforce org on a day-to-day basis, including configuration changes, flow maintenance, user management and data quality tasks.
  • Triaging, prioritising and resolving BAU platform issues and configuration requests raised by internal operations and delivery teams.
  • Supporting testing and quality assurance of FormAssembly form and connector changes prior to release, including end-to-end data validation into Salesforce.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of form structures, connector configurations and any known issues or workarounds.
  • Identifying and surfacing opportunities to improve form and connector design, reduce manual workarounds and increase data quality.

What you’ll have:

  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience building FormAssembly forms across a range of use cases, including multi-page forms, conditional logic, repeating sections and custom styling.
  • Strong working knowledge of the FormAssembly Salesforce connector, including submission connectors (create/update), pre-fill connectors, connector conditions, field mapping and error handling.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud, Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets and reports — with a track record of owning configuration changes end-to-end in a BAU environment.
  • Experience working within a UK-based team on an internal support or platform operations function, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain responsiveness to the team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Digital Engagement or Marketing Cloud is advantageous but not required.
  • Exposure to middleware or integration tools such as Jitterbit or Zapier is a plus, particularly in the context of Salesforce data flows.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around form field mapping, data type matching and connector condition logic.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expert-level FormAssembly skills, particularly with the Salesforce connector.
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Self-driven with ability to prioritise your own tasks.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach to technical work.
  • Comfortable working without direct supervision.
  • Collaborative and responsive to internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and the surrounding ecosystem.
  • Experience managing a BAU technical workload with competing priorities.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or equivalent).
  • Experience in higher education, student recruitment or enrolment management.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and UK data privacy obligations as they relate to student data held in CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with data integration middleware and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Digital Engagement.
