The relationship with our partners is pivotal to ensure that our partners continue to love working with us. Being able to adapt and create solutions is a necessity of the partnerships and the environment in which universities are currently operating. Whilst also ensuring that operational aspects are delivered consistently, at the highest quality and in line with service level agreements. As a natural collaborator, you’ll be able to work closely with all teams across all departments of the business and will rely heavily on your ability to engage all stakeholders. Working with internal departments, your role in seeking further opportunities to grow and embed our partnerships is key.
What You’ll Have
- Experience of working in higher education.
- A great track record in managing stakeholders and relationship management.
- Some impressive communication and prioritisation skills.
- An analytical mind with the ability to look at the bigger picture whilst also being able to get into the weeds.
What You’ll Get
To drive and strengthen relationships with our partners. To have an impact on one of the most important decisions a person will make. To be able to work with lots of like-minded people that are all striving to ensure our partners love us.
At UniQuest, we strive to create a fantastic workplace where employees feel engaged and supported. We take various steps to ensure our team can excel in their roles and seize new opportunities. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, we have a rewards package that includes your salary, a company performance-based bonus and other nice things like an extra 3 days off at Christmas.
