The predicted salary is between 14.6 - 14.6 £ per hour.

Pay: £14.60 per hour (Weekend Rate: £15.00, Bank Holiday Rate: £29.20 per hour)

Hours: Full‑time and part‑time available (contracted up to 30 hours)

Mileage paid at 35p per mile (HMRC reclaim option)

This role requires a female Caregiver as a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1), due to the personal care needs of the client.

We are recruiting a female Caregiver to support one of our lovely clients who lives in the Meon Vale area of Stratford‑upon‑Avon. This is a client‑specific role, offering stable hours, a consistent routine, and the chance to build a trusting, person‑centred relationship.

About the Role

You will be supporting a female client who has a spinal injury and requires hands‑on assistance with daily living. Your role will include:

  • Supporting with moving and handling related to personal care
  • Feeding support and help with breakfast routine
  • Encouraging physical therapy exercises
  • Providing warm, engaging companionship
  • Helping with day‑to‑day tasks such as feeding her much‑loved cat
  • Encouraging independence and supporting her environmentally friendly lifestyle and values

Experience with spinal injury is desirable but not essential; what matters most is confidence, empathy, and a genuinely person‑centred approach.

Hours & Shifts

25–30 contracted hours per week

Set shift pattern through Monday to Sunday (every other weekend on)

Hours: 7:15 am‑11:15 am, 2:00 pm‑4:00 pm, 8:00 pm‑10:00 pm
