Defining how AI and finance work together — securely, intelligently, and at scale. We at Unique AI are building a highly secure generative AI platform, tailored for the financial sector. Utilizing AI, LLMs, Agentic workflows, and our proprietary Context Graph technology, we aim to revolutionise the financial industry with an AI-automated workforce. Our mission is to increase efficiency, improve alpha, reduce risk, and elevate quality across everything our clients do. We offer an inclusive environment at Unique and encourage all genders and neuro-diversities to apply.

We are now looking for a Product Manager who thrives on taking ambitious, ambiguous problems from discovery to launch, specifically within the complex domain of Wealth Management KYC (Know Your Customer) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM). You will have a strong product sense, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of driving alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship products that major financial institutions trust and love.

You will own a core, high-stakes area of our AI platform end-to-end: discovering user and customer problems, shaping the strategy and roadmap for our KYC and CLM agents, and following through to adoption. You will be instrumental in helping our clients automate complex entity resolution, streamline the onboarding journey, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and seamlessly manage the entire client lifecycle—all while strictly adhering to data privacy and banking secrecy laws.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally shipping products in RegTech, Wealth Management, FinTech, or B2B Enterprise SaaS.
  • Modern Product Methodology: Experience with or strong intuition for 'Google-style' product management - deeply user-centric, rigorously metrics-focused, research-driven, and adept at running lightweight experiments to validate hypotheses before scaling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, acting as the connective tissue that brings complex, multi-stakeholder products to market successfully.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), digital onboarding workflows, CRM integrations, and Wealth Management compliance (KYC, AML, Source of Wealth, Ultimate Beneficial Owner structures).
  • AI/Technical Fluency: Experience working with AI/ML, data-heavy products, or complex integrations. You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand how LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs function at an enterprise level.
  • Strong Product Sense: You can turn fuzzy operational and compliance problems into crisp opportunities, prioritise ruthlessly, and articulate the 'why' behind every decision to both technical teams and bank executives.
  • Security-First Mindset: Proven experience building or managing products in highly regulated, high-security environments.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Law/Compliance.
