About Euphonica
We are a passionate team of entertainment experts who create bespoke performances for individuals, brands, and prestigious venues. We nurture and develop a roster of talent across the UK and US, where we are accredited at iconic cultural landmarks including Somerset House, the V&A, and BAFTA. We seek a sophisticated and commercially minded Senior Event Manager to spearhead growth in our Private Client and Corporate divisions. This role focuses on the end-to-end sales and delivery of luxury weddings, milestone celebrations, and high-end events within London’s most exclusive venues and private residences.
Objectives & Aims
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets by securing high-value bookings within the target sectors.
- Maximise the profitability of inbound enquiries through bespoke, consultative selling and creative upselling.
- Elevate the Euphonica client journey to ensure it is seamless, discreet, and reflective of the best luxury service brands.
- Position Euphonica as the "entertainment provider of choice" for luxury wedding planners, family offices, corporates, and elite venue coordinators.
Duties of the Senior Event Manager
- Own the reactive sales pipeline for all private enquiries, ensuring rapid, high-detail responses that reflect the client's vision.
- Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier wedding planners, luxury concierge services, corporate clients and "Unique Venues of London" coordinators.
- Collaborate with the creative team to build tailored entertainment concepts that align with the aesthetic and emotional tone of private celebrations.
- Drive repeat business and referrals by maintaining "Life Stage" and “calendarised” relationships with clients (e.g., from wedding to anniversary to private gala and from work celebrations to B2B or client facing events).
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to produce high-end visual assets (lookbooks, video showreels) that appeal to luxury, and sophisticated tastes.
- Lead the internal distribution of event details and maintain the CRM to ensure a "concierge-level" data accuracy.
- Be present at key events to oversee the entertainment delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for the client and venue.
The Ideal Candidate
- A background in high-end hospitality, luxury travel, or premium events with an innate understanding of HNW etiquette and corporate expectations.
- A pre-existing black book of contacts within the London luxury wedding and private event industry and premium corporate clients.
- The ability to pitch and negotiate with high-profile individuals and their representatives with confidence and discretion.
- Provable experience in meeting sales targets through a consultative, "soft-sell" approach rather than high-volume cold calling.
- A genuine passion for music and performance, with the ability to translate a client's vague "vibe" into a concrete artistic proposal.
- A willingness to work evenings and weekends to be present at the events you have curated.
Package & Logistics
- Location: Central London (3 days in-office, 2 days remote/on-site).
Deadline: Tuesday, March 3, 2026 - 17:00
