The Press Assistant is key to the smooth running of the Communications department, and also works to build contacts, pitch stories and manage shoots. Weβre looking for a driven, organised individual with excellent written English and a strong understanding of the media landscape β particularly social media.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wishing to further their career in the communications sector at a world-class venue.
Responsibilities
The Press Assistant supports the Communications team in day-to-day operations, builds contacts, pitches stories and helps manage shoots to ensure timely and accurate media coverage.
Qualifications
- Driven, organised and proactive with excellent written English
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, particularly social media
- Interest in developing a career in communications at a major venue
