Barts Heritage is seeking an Operations Executive to support the delivery of events within the historic North Wing at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. This Grade I listed venue includes the Great Hall and the Hogarth Stair, making it one of London’s most unique event spaces. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing client events end-to-end, acting as the main operational contact, and ensuring all events are delivered safely, smoothly, and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact for event clients
- Plan and deliver events, coordinating suppliers, staff, and logistics
- Manage event-day operations and oversee contractors and freelancers
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and venue standards
- Maintain CRM systems and support enquiry handling
- Assist with marketing activity including website and social media updates
- Oversee supplier relationships and operational processes
- Support invoicing, financial administration, and budget monitoring

- Proven experience in event management, ideally within a venue or heritage setting
- Strong client management and customer service skills
