Unique Training Solutions is seeking individuals with lived experience to join as Co‑Trainers for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training. You will deliver online Tier 1 sessions from home and, if desired, face-to-face Tier 2 sessions within about an hour of your home in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or Berkshire.
No prior training experience is required as full training is funded. You will work alongside an experienced Facilitator Trainer, supported throughout, with mentoring.
