Do you have Lived Experience of a Learning Disability and would like to become a Co Trainer, delivering Oliver McGowan Training locally in your community? We currently have an immediate need for trainers living in and around the Oxford (Oxfordshire), High Wycombe/Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire) and Reading/Wokingham (Berkshire) areas.

We offer a blend of:

  • Work from home (online delivery of Tier 1)
  • Face-to-face delivery locally (within 1 hour of home) of Tier 2 programmes

If you have a learning disability and feel comfortable sharing your experiences to help others learn, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Your lived experience is essential to delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. We will fully fund your training and support you every step of the way so you can become a confident Co-Trainer, delivering sessions online and (if you choose) in person. You will always work alongside an experienced Facilitator Trainer who will support you throughout.
