We are looking for an experienced, in person Trainer to join our growing team either as an Associate or in a Permanent capacity, delivering high-quality sector-specific, or clinical training across varying UK locations. This position requires you to drive and be happy travelling to various locations, within a reasonable distance in the UK.
Positions are offered as Associates and paid on a competitive, daily rate basis.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering training within Health & Social Care
- A qualified trainer with over 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care
- Relevant clinical or care background
- Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners
- Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face, onsite training to multiple customers in Health & Social Care settings.
- Facilitate both mandatory and specialist courses
- Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments
- Ensure all content is aligned with UK legislation and best practice
- Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles
- Travel across the UK to client sites
