Responsibilities Of a Care Assistant / Care Worker:
- Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Administer medications safely as per guidance
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
- Support with mobility assistance (e.g. transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
- Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
- Keep accurate care records and daily observations
Requirements For Care Assistant:
- Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential â we provide full training
