Care Coordinator - Extra Care in Stratford-upon-Avon

This full time role is central to the successful delivery of 3,000+ hours of care each week across five Extra Care housing schemes. The postholder will be responsible for creating and managing care schedules, night rotas, and shift leader rotas. The role can be based at either Queensway Court Leamington Spa, Tithe Lodge Southam, or Briar croft Stratford upon Avon and some travel between offices will be required.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that requires strong organisational capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple teams.

• Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• Is able to juggle a number of tasks at any one time
• Adaptable to different personalities and situations

Compensation & Working Conditions

• 28,650 per annum
• 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• 40 hour contract
