Shift Leader - 16 hour contract - Β£12.90 per hour
- Contracted hours β 16 hours
- Holiday Pay β Depending on hours worked plus an extra 1 week after 10 years
- Loyalty Bonus β Increase of 25p per hour after 1 year, 50p an hour after 3 years and 75p after 5 years

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated, caring Senior Care Assistant to work at our Extra Care Development for over 55βs, based in Leamington Spa. As Senior Care Assistant you will provide leadership and mentoring to the caregivers. You will support the development of the skills and competences required for all caregivers and will provide a focus on continuous professional development within your team. The Senior Care Assistant will ensure that Unique Senior Care is appropriately represented, working in effective partnership with key local service providers.
Leading the allocated shift, being the responsible person for the service. Managing rotas due to unforeseen absence etc. Provide an emergency response service for all residents living within the scheme. Ensuring that all carers are providing care of the highest quality using a mentoring and coaching approach.
